James Latham is one of the timber industry’s most forward-thinking organisations and champions of innovative construction and interior design materials. ‘Discovering Decors’ was a fully-integrated communications campaign, created to showcase a vast catalogue of decorative surfaces, and to reinforce to both buyers and influencers the benefits of a partnership with James Latham.

A truly tactical approach

A multi-channel campaign was devised to highlight James Latham’s unrivalled experience and reputation as a dynamic distribution partner. We created an overarching campaign look and feel to reflect the premium nature of the decor collection. Beautiful, close-up imagery of material textures alongside in-situ photography was curated to inspire an audience of architects and designers.

From digital to physical

‘Discovering Decors’ needed to appeal to both purchase influencers and direct buyers. Digital and traditional media was therefore leveraged with content nuanced according to audience. Social PPC campaigns, advertorials and press advertising linked directly to a bespoke landing page, while a ‘swatch book’ direct mail gave recipients an overview of key ranges alongside the benefits of James Latham’s service.

‘Discovering Decors’ contributed to a record year of enquiries and sales for decors and has encouraged a greater sense of buyer exploration and understanding of the full product range offered by James Latham.

The campaign picked up numerous industry awards including Best Big Budget campaign at the CMAs 2023.
